    using herbs to increase appetite

    I was looking for a way to increase my appetite and came upon this herb, Tarragon. Has anyone ever used it? here is a link to a page with information on it...

    smoke a certain green herb.... hahahhahahhahah... lmao... if your training intense, and you start eating every three hours, your body should be getting hungry anyways... why add something like that???

    i eat every two hours pretty much. I eat 7 meals a day. I'm not hungry very often but when I do eat, i sometimes takes quite a while to get the food down and sometimes I give up and eat about half of what I was trying to eat. and I know it takes a certain amount of time for your stomach to tell your brain that it's getting full, so eating fast is key for me. I can annihilate food when i'm hungry, but when i'm not it's quite the opposite. and since I eat so often, im not usually hungry. I have to eat every two hours BTW, on my breaks at work. I cannot wait every three hours, so if i could use this stuff to increase my appetite, that would greatly improve my diet!

    yes, my diet is phate approved now lol, but no matter what anyone else thinks i'm the one that has to eat it all. having an appetite would greatly help me bulk! i'll buy some i guess. I was just trying to see if anyone has tried it already, and how to use it.

    suck it up... you keep at it and your body will adjust, just try to start doing it gradualy... dont go from usually eating 2 meals a day to eating 6 straight up... this'll help your transition

    tarragon is a fairly commonly used spice. If it makes you hungry, go ahead and eat it. I use it occasionally. I have never noticed any effect on my appetite.
