Your diet is ok but you need to put alot more protien in there... instead of the cereal have a cup of regular oatmeal with a scoop of protien powder in it. Take out the bread if your really serious about losing bf fast dont eat any breads,pastas or rice... You need more lean meats in there instead of 3 hard boil eggs have 2 chicken breasts and a can of collard greens (you can buy low sodium greens in the can from the grocery store) I went from 11% bf down to 7% eating that way... btw get rid of the ketchup stuff is loaded with sugar and calories
ok thanks... i had a question about a better PWO meal... i know carbs is essential but whats more effective a power bar or a 20 oz bottle of gatorade...

complex? isnt PWO meal the best time for a simple carb?
