matters to your goals, im not a fan of milk cuz of the simple sugars involved.. why would you do a plain glassw of milk.. it's like less then 10g protien... dont think that's suff for anyone who is trying to gain mass....

My glasses have two cups in them. Milk is low GI and low GL. I am a big fan of whey with skim milk. Sugar is only mentioned on lables because of tooth decay and is not to be mixxed up/associated with table sugar, corn syrup etc.
Some people are allergic though.

If you really enjoy the milk tho, go buy some powdered milk and you can add it into your milk. double concentrated = double protein ...i buy fat free though![]()
still has the lactose of course
