vegetables
On my diet right now i do not eat many vegetables, sometimes none at all. I take a multivitamin to get all my necessary nutrients. Can i continue to do this? I dont see it being a problem if im getting all my vitamins and nutrients.

It's not the end of the world, I like eating veggies because of the good carbs and fiber. Also good to counteract hunger throughout the day. If your macros work for you without them and you're seeing the results you want than keep it up.
You may want to take a fiber supp as well tho...

I agree I think 2-3 servings of veggies a day is a must but what ever works for you. I like my veggies.
