I'm having hard time when it comes to diet I've never really been a big eater, i maybe eat 2 times a day if I'm lucky. I've eaten like that for years and trained and gotten descent results I guess. I'm 31yrs old 6,3 and 185lbs. The guys in the steroid forum told me I could be a lot bigger naturally with the right diet. Again the issue i have is with eating 6 to 7 times a day, how do go from two times a day to 6 to 7 times a day? Is there anything I can do to fix this
