    I have no appitie

    I'm having hard time when it comes to diet I've never really been a big eater, i maybe eat 2 times a day if I'm lucky. I've eaten like that for years and trained and gotten descent results I guess. I'm 31yrs old 6,3 and 185lbs. The guys in the steroid forum told me I could be a lot bigger naturally with the right diet. Again the issue i have is with eating 6 to 7 times a day, how do go from two times a day to 6 to 7 times a day? Is there anything I can do to fix this

    Eat right when you wake up. Eat right before you go to sleep. Eat before you go to the gym. Eat after you go to the gym.

    Eat the meals that you are eating now. That will be 6 meals.

    I had a similar problem. I would try to make some of these meals liquid meals that you can drink real quick.

    I'll try that thanks, any sort of supplement you can take to help you eat more? I know that sounds wierd.

    I've been trying LMO's bulking diet and although it seems like a lot, it really isn't that bad. Lots of little meals add up to enough at the end of the day. It took me a while to get the BMR down but it seems right on the money.

    This will sound strange but cardio. Cardio makes me very hungry the next day for sure.

    And if you have to start slow and work your way up than so be it. Once you get your metabolism up and running full speed it will be easier for you.

    Agree, going from 2 meals a day to 6-7 is not very realistic. Go to 3 and stay there for a week or two, then keep adding in the same fashion til you get to 6-7. You will find the more you eat the hungrier you become. Feel free to mix in a few protein shakes if you are having problems eating that much real food at first.

    if you lift heavy in the gym and do cardio in the morning your body should be screaming for food lol, i know my body does. But once you get use to eating that many meals your body will adapt. The human body is so sophisticated that if you make it a rountine, you will feel hungry around the time you should eat.

    I eat every 2 to 3 hours and when i get hungry i look at the clock and i see that it has been that long since i last ate lol
