Dry look year-round
How fitness models or just models can get that dry look and keep it year round?
Do they ban sodium from their diets?

They don't, talk to any fitness model or magazine male model and they will tell you what they look like in the pictures is not what they look like year round.
Usually a couple weeks before the shoot, they cut carbs, drinks lots of water, and may use diuretics to flush out excess water to look "lean and cut".
I mean the models are already "lean" but that ripped look you see in the magazine comes from
1) Lighting/oil
2) Pre-shoot diet
3)Getting a "pump" before the shoot
4) Diuretics use

A lot are airbrushed also. These guys get lots of help. I seen LL Cool J on the cover of a mag a few months ago and he looked about 21 years old in the face.

there definatly not contest dry(2%) year round. thata just not possible. diuretics year round would mess you up. as for sodium, most stop or limit intake a week out

I'm pretty sure if you banned sodium from your diet you would die.
