weighin out meats before or after?
Im always making tweaks to my diet and this may be a basic question but i just need some clarity. Before i freezed my meats (london broil, Chicken breasts) , because i buy in bulk, i weighed them out according to my eating proportions in my diet. I would weigh for 4 oz at 119 grams or whatever 4 0z is. For the heck of it, i weighed it after it has been cooked and its only 85 grams. when you say i eat 4 oz of steak, is it measured before you cook it or after? Again may be a stupid question lol but im confused.
