    Critique my diet

    Meal 1 - 5 egg whites (cal 80, pro18), Oats 80g (cal295 carb51 pro12 fat5), 1scoop whey

    PWO - 2 scoop whey (cal224, carb5, pro46, fat3)

    PPWO -5 egg whites (cal 80, pro18), 1scoop whey (cal112, carb2.5, pro23, fat1.5), Oats 80g (cal295 carb51 pro12 fat5)

    meal 4 - 175g chicken (cal289 pro54 fat5)

    Meal 5 - 1 can solid white tuna (cals140 pro 26g fat 2g)

    Meal 6 - 175g chicken (cal289 pro54 fat5)

    all meals with chicken or tuna is served with a handful of veggies

    anything wrong help me out

    just trying to cut

    stats are 6 ft
    17% bf
    200lbs

    tdce is about 2300 cals

    your not eating enough... up your protien intake another 80grams at least, add some efa's in the form of avocado, natty peanut butter, olive oil...

    how your training routine??

    How many calories is that total per day?
    I'd add up your macros but.... Well I guess I'm just lazy.

    You also need some more carbs PWO.
