    Drinking nothing but shakes all day???

    I heard a pro say sometimes he had drank a shakes all day..next day ate solid foods,next day drank shakes...to cut alot quicker....is there anything wrong with that program??

    This goes against conventional wisdom but the leanest I ever got was a show I did in 2001 and I was doing 3-4 Met-Rx meal replacements a day up until 2 weeks before the show.

    It worked great! I was doing 4 food meals along with it. I am not suggesting the meal replacements were responsible for my conditioning.
