sat fat, trans fat ???
which is bad, which is needed, and how much should one take in when trying to lose wieght?
reason why i'm asking is some of these protien bars have 4-10 gm sat fat.
is this high? what is is used for ?

trans fats are fats that have been partialy or fully hydrogenated.. this occurs through the reheating of certain oils over and over agian.. industry uses this alot.. ie cheez it's
the only fats out there that's good for you are monosaturated fats...
i.e. avocado, olive oil, almonds.. these are essential to your health and your diet, everything else you should try to stay away from (but cant because if you wanna eat enough protien your gonna have to deal with the sat fat that comes with it)
