Hi guys.
Here in my country we've got a ketchup, which has no added sugar and a lot of extra tomatoe added instead (compared to most ketchups).
The ketchup is only 40kcal pr. 100g served, which is only the double amount of a whole tomatoe.
The ketchup should still be VERY high on vitamins, supposedly higher than a whole tomatoe, and lycopene levels are better than in a tomatoe as well.
Would one be able to add this to a lean bulker? just for the benefit of taste
Since there's no really good research on GI and tomatoes and procressed tomatoeproducts like this one, i would like your oppinions.
Hopefully I can eat my low-kcal ketchup with a good consciousness!![]()
