DIet plan?
Just like to get your advice on my diet.
height : 6ft
Weight : 164lb
Bf : 10%
shoe size 10 lol
Meal 1
Oats and milk
6-8 egg white 1 egg
Meal 2
2 fillets of fish
Veg
Sweet Potato
Meal 3
Chicken breast
4 slices wholemeal bread
raw brocolli
spinach
cottage cheese
Meal 4
2 X banana
nuts or peanut butter
Meal 5
Same as meal 2
I also drink a gallon of milk a day. (skimmed from now on)
Meal 6
Protein drink 2 scoops with milk
Any help much appreciated.

I forgot to mention on workout days i add another protein drink afterwards.

i've never really measured to be honest i think this is my next step.

am i on the right track tho, i'll measure and weigh and add the amounts soon.
