Cod liver oil is very high in o mega 3 and also high in vitamins A and D, but it's also been shown to affect the blood's abililty to clot and worsen the condition of some people with diabetes. I use it on occasion, but generally stick to fish, flax, and grapeseed oil supps.

Flax seed oil; contains o mega 6 and 9
It's also high in B vitamins, potassium, lecithin, magnesium, fiber, protein, and zinc and has 50% more o mega-3 oils than what you could get from taking fish oil.

Either way I change up my fat supps pretty much weekly because every oil converts differently and I like to get the range of benefits from them.
