beef jerky is a great cheat food because your not really cheating.. for the most part...
low in fat, low in carbs (if you get the right ones), high in protien,
only downfall, horribly high in sodium
Pizza .. Pho (Viet noodles)
all matters to what you get in it...
Veggie lasagna and chinese food are my weaknesses. Also seafood alfredo.
Anything I can put peanut butter on.
Pizza Hut, KFC, and chocolate.
I had a nice golden corral cheat but i wouldnt recommend it i feel like shit. I havent had that kind of food in a long time and my body is letting me know i shouldnt have. Beef Jerky is full of sodium thats its only problem and it doesnt satisfy my hunger
You guys need to stop being so paranoid about sodium, I actually ADD it to my precontest diet right up to the day before the show. You will get an initial bloat but your body will adjust and you will be fuller and stronger. If high blood pressure is an issue then that's another story.
Maybe paranoid was too strong of word, I just see too many people avoiding it like the plague.

this sounds nasty but is the best and worst cheat for me mixing graham crackers, little powdered doughnuts and milk in a bowl together... soo good but soo bad
Im not a sweet tooth so i very very rarely crave sugars and deserts etc i usually jst go for a pizza, dirty bird (KFC), as many sushi rolls as i can stuff into me or lately it been nando's- 1/2 chicken combo and and extra pitta wrap plus whatever my girlfriend doesnt eat
