How often to change the foods in the diet
i was peeking at another thread where people briefly touched on this about your body becoming allergic to the same foods eaten over x amount of time....what is a reasonable time for yous where you change up the foods in the diet, and do you vary alot or somethings?

Basically what that is saying is that say, you ONLY get your protein from chicken breast. You're very likely to develop food allergies.
If you're eating eggs, tuna and beef, you're not likely to have a problem.
I just change up my foods (not macros) when I get bored of certain things. The only time I am completely strict about eating the exact same thing everyday is when I have a new diet/new goal and I want to accurately gague my results.

I'm not sure, but I think food alergies generally only develop during childhood. As far as I know adults should be able to eat the same foods every day w/o problem indefinitely as long as they get all the proper nutrients.
