Who else thinks that the hardest thing about bulking is shoveling down all this food?
I've been on a bulking diet for about 3 months. I'm seeing great results. I've put on 20 lbs, but god damn am I sick of eating. It's shocking to me that force feeding myself when I'm not hungry doesn't make me fat.

I hear you!!!
Putting down 2 cups of oatmeal in the and 7 eggs isnt easy.
Hell i cant take down the 2 cups of oatmeal i barley make it to the 1 cup. I do take down the eggs. I love eggs.
Thankfully im starting a cutting diet so im eating clean for now.

We all get our protein from different sources I guess.

Could always try a shake or 2, always helps
Eg;
1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
1 Scoop of whey
1 Cup of milk
1 Cup of egg whites
1-2 Scoops of oat powder
Depends on your goals really but you can make a shake to suit anything
Can use something like www.fitday.com to track the macros of the shake too

eating is simply a means to an end....dictated by a clock - not hunger...sometimes its a PIA .... food = muscle - that says enough for me....

Do what I do..... Lean back and laugh when reading threads by people like that. Reminds me of seriousmass giving out steroid advice weighing 170lbs after a cycle @ 6'2''. Cracks me up to be honest.
Sometimes it passes the time faster!
