i dunno how you guys handle the foreman grill over a long period of time
i use aluminum fold on a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin oil olive ( 14g of fat ) but its an extremely heatlhly fat as you all know
and i use chicken seasoning, which adds all types of flavors
throwin it on the forman = as close to torture as it gets

I like mine with a little taco seasoning and onions and cook it in a pan stove top. But other than that I think the george foreman with Mrs. Dash is a good idea

with olive oil and lemon you need good fats (EFA) to get rid of fat

I use the taco seasoning too, shred it then while cooking.
Put in a low carb whole wheat tortilla (7g carbs).
I'll cook it, shred it, and mix it with some whole wheat pasta then, 6 oz of chicken for every 2 oz of pasta. Mix in fat free Miricial whip, ranch seasoning, and eat it that way.
You can make a weeks worth at a time this way.
As far as just cooking chicken....I just can't salt it and fry it anymore. too hard to eat. Some times I'll marinate it, using fat free Italian dressing.

george foreman and other grills like that suck balls.......I mean they suck balls through a straw......
Oven bake them like this
1 can of college in plain chicken broth
1 box of chicken flavored stuffing mix. (should look like those small toast things you put in a salad out of the box. and get a generic brand that costs a dollar or less)
1 or 2 onions
5-6 chicken breasts
a splash of white sweat fruity wine
cover with foil.....bake for about an hour
throw away the stuffing after it is cooked if you want. a box costs a dollar or less. Use the whole box and use a whole can of broth each time.
It comes out texture and flavor wise exactly like a rotisseri chicken. My buddy showed me how to do this. 3 people including myself all said independently it tastes like a rotisserie chicken. I dont know what the hell it is about that stuffing mix, but it makes the chicken so damn tender and tasty, its just never the same without the stuffing.
I URGE EVERYONE TO TRY THIS
stir frying is method 2 that I use but not so much anymore
