    bread

    Its brownberry double protein bread I usually make a tuna sandwich with this. Anybody else eat this?
    serving 1 slice
    110 cal
    2g total fat
    200mg sodium
    18g carbs
    3g fiber
    7g protein

    walmart or kroger like 3 or 4 bucks a loaf but worth it i use
    kraft free mayo its 10 cal 2 carb 1 sug in a tbsp

    What's the GI on this bread? I can't see it being any lower than Ezekial bread which is 36.

    i dunno what GI is but i got the bread, and it taste like heaven

    There are GI listed on the net or you could just google "what is the glycemic indiex of ______". Ezekial bread actually list the GI on the bread's label...pretty cool.
