Post Sex Nutrition
Here's one for you nutrition experts out there. Say you engage in sex for a period of 20+ minutes. Would that count as a workout and should you have a pwo shake? If it's at 1 in the morning should you eat carbs?
Any other questions you guys can think of and some answers...

i'd have a pre meal and post meal...probably more carbs than protein

1hr of sex averages 600kcal... 20 min would equal 200kcal.. low intensity high rep workout...
i would do something like this...
30g protien
30g carbs
0g fat
.. keep the carbs simple...

i actually am very picky about my post sex meal
try to get a good preworkout meal in too. but as you know.. sex just happens so cant plan for it
but i have sex for longer then 20 mins. and usually 2-3 times a day
plus the sex i have is usually very rough and non stop
i end soaked in sweat and every muscle is beat and worn out
so thats alot of calories if you do the math.
especially since im always bulking... so the more calories i can keep in me for muscle growth.. .the better.
yes... i def get my carbs and protein in after sex
