    Fat Free Milk?

Whats the deal with fat free milk? I see there is about 12g of sugar per serving. Is this bad for cutting? Granted I drink it in the early part of the day, but i'm curious about its sugar content.

    Thanks.

Sorry just noticed another post similar to this one which i didnt notice before. Maybe it was bumped. Wait, skim and fat free are different? Actually if they are I think mine is skim milk. Over the moon...pretty damn tasty.

Same thing no fat in either. I have never seen milk labeled as "fat free".

If you have 1 cup it's not going to make much of a difference, but I agree with jamy, drink it with your pwo shake.

A lot of people are critical of dairy products saying it makes you look "soft". Personally speaking, I haven't had an issue with it. Granted, I don't consume a huge amount, but I def have some with my oatmeal and coffee every morning. I also throw a few spoonfuls of yogurt in it as well. I haven't noticed any soft look when down around 9%. Experiment with it and see how it works for you. I'm sure with a little bit for breakfast you won't notice any difference.

I just tend to avoid dairy. I always worry it make me softer.
