Keto Diet(Palumbo) Update on Progress
Hello,
Thought i would do an update everyone on my progress.
I started on March 30...so its been a little over 20 days at 256 pounds...i weighed myself last night and i am at 244 pounds.
Im loving this diet ...the one reason i think this is working for me versus other diets is that i know if i cheat i will go out of ketosis....so lets me stay on track.
I had my cheat meal on this past Saturday..this was actual first cheat meal since i started...i had 2 cups white rice,1 1/2 cups of french fries(baked)fried prawns and a few beers.(4).
I feel great ..every person i know is noticing.
I will post pictures when i reach my goal which will be 210 pounds and under 15% body fat.
Thanks in advance.

The first 2 weeks no cheat meals.
I thought i would crave burgers, pizza and crap like that but i did not.
But the i had prawns, rice, some fries and a few beers...i trained legs on Sunday and it was insane,

just me saying what i would do here.
i would up the fat content and clean the carb intake up a bit. i would consume three servings of raw greens daily and do away with all other carbs except for eggs.
i would also do away with the beer. on refeed days i would do a large serving of a whole carb and some simples with it. when i do this diet i refeed every 4th day. it's not as deep as the normal keto but it works for me and keeps my mind on track.
oh, and did i mention i would drop the beer? save the liver the extra work. beer can also cause your body to dehydrate a bit.
