Im thinkin to try the atkins diet cuz i know many people who have tried it before with success , anyway the atkins diet consists of 4 phases ,
phase 1 is very important to me , its where i need to take no more than 20g of carbs daily for 2 week straight , no mistakes acceptable !! my question is for any one of you guys who have tried or understands nutrition , are net carbs different from the usual carbs ??? do we count all the carbs that we eat daily into the 20g limit or only the net carbs ??? plus i drink like 4 to 5 protein shakes a day and each of those shakes contains 3g carbs one of which is sugar , are all the 3g net carbs or only the 1 gram of sugar considered net carb ????
