    london broil

    dammnit i feel liek im getting a million different calorie counts from various websites lol..

    4oz london broil is what im looking for let me show you what i found

    that's the one that looks accurate bro.. the first one says 15% for fat.. london broil is the leanest beef u can eat.. under 2%

    yea check this out, my scale actually gives me macros of the food and i took the weighings of 117g london broil and this is what i got.


    117g (170 cal)

    your scale's a little off, i'm heading mathing here but i think those macros add up to 155cal

    yea oh well its a very close ball park range.. ill keep it at 170 id rather over round then under.. given the scenario its a few grams over 4oz.
