    how to get dry,

I want to get my best progress pictures. I was wondering is there was an easy way to drop the water or what kind of diet I could follow say for the 3 days before I take my pics. Or maybe products I could use to get that dry look.??? Im not even sure this is the best place to post the question. Right now Im on a real simple diet it goes like this.

    630
    Isopure

    Cardio

    830
    10egg whites
    1 cup oats
    2 tbs Peanut butter.

    1130
    8oz chicken
    8oz yams

    Train

    130
    isopure

    230
    8oz chicken
    8oz yams

    530
    8oz chicken
    8oz yams

    830
    12 egg white
    1cup veggie

    930

What could I do diffrent the last three days before my shoot to look the best

right now Im 223lbs or so Im 5ft 9inch.
My diet is around 400g protien 200 grams carbs and 100 grams of fat.
I think its in the 4k cal range.

My AM weigh in is always under 220 now last time I took pictures I was about 228. I have been hitting 40 minutes of cardio on a empty stomach in the am ( besides Isopure 0 carb upon waking).

Any idea what your sodium intake is? How long do you have til you start this 3 day dry out? Get me that info and I will give you a few options.

if its for a show fireguy will make tweaks, but in the future if your looking for diet critique try to supply all meals with macros, along with BF% so we culd get a calculated BMR

interesting...didn't know brown rice was superior over yams for this "drying" out purpose. I guess it makes since though, yams do contain a significant amount of sugar.

Yams actually have a lower GI rating than brown rice with less water content as well.

Check out SwoleCat's "7 days to Ultimate Leanness" Contest Prep/Photoshoot Prep Guide. It's in his Virtual Library at his site, and was also featured on TEE-NASHION (use correct spelling to get to the site as it gets blocked on this site with *** when typed correctly). He is my trainer and has awesome programs and a free
7 day prep guide. I saw pics of men/women even who used it, and they got super dry - inside out darn near. I could never do it as a lady as I don't want to be that veiny...ughh, but you would look great at the end of it.
