    steel oats, old fashioned oats, quick oats

    somebody have the fundamental differences/health benefits of either of these three. macros are exactly the same.

    Try a search this has been covered. Quick hint: the difference has to do with the different GI of each of these.

    steel oats have a gi of 42 and rolled of 50.. not quite a major difference..anyone have feedback on the taste of a two minute microwave with steel oats?
