Steaks (every now and then).
Oatmeal.
Peanut butter.
Salads
fruits
when?? how much??? what time???
ie.. my breakfast
6am (see i put the time)
10 egg whites (the amount) 50 / 2/ 0 / 200 (the macros)
1/2 cup oats (again, amount) 4/50/2/200 (the macros)
do this for every meal of the day.. u need to be specific, or i cant help u
