- 5 Strips Turkey Breats (Deli variety)

- Pasta w/ Chicken Breast

- 2 Bananas
- 3 Hardboiled eggs

- Grilled Chicken Breast or Salmon Steak
7pm
- 100 Grams Whey Protein
9pm
- 3 Scoops Peanutbutter
- 1 Cup Applesauce
Trying to lean out and maybe get to about 8% Body Fat before I cycle. Any Ideas would be helpful
