Critique Please
This is my diet finetuned. Give me your Info
6' 243lbs 11% Body fat (I think the machine is wrong I feel/Look about 15% But Ive been doing extra cardio so who knows)
6am
- 2 Whole eggs (Uncooked)
- 3 Egg whites
- 3 Turkey sausage OR 2 Cups Oatmeal (For daily Variety)
8am
- Special K cereal Bar
930am
- Workout
1030am
- 150 Grams Whey protein
11am
- 5 Strips Turkey Breats (Deli variety)
1pm
- Pasta w/ Chicken Breast
3pm
- 2 Bananas
- 3 Hardboiled eggs
5pm
- Grilled Chicken Breast or Salmon Steak
7pm
- 100 Grams Whey Protein
9pm
- 3 Scoops Peanutbutter
- 1 Cup Applesauce
Trying to lean out and maybe get to about 8% Body Fat before I cycle. Any Ideas would be helpful

i need macros for your meals bro.. pro/fat/cal/carb and daily totals.. u can use fitday.com for that..
btw, mind posting a pic??? ur stats are great if they'r right.... but i wanna double check.. some people think 24% is 15%, just doin quality control... if you dont mind

Dont Mind Posting a Pic, My work comp cannot download pics. So I will try froM Laptop at Home.

electronic scales are likely what he used to measure, they tend to be off
