I would stick with a slow digesting protein source, cottage cheese, steak, london broil, and a quality fat.

Casien shake with peanut butter works. I wouldn't throw the oats in there. Doesn't matter if I'm bulking or cutting, I wouldn't have any complex carbs right before bed.

Peanut butter and casein, no oats. You're not going to need all those carbs while you're sleeping.

apples??? hell no this is exactly wat you want to omitt lol, this will cause an insulin spike and then youll pass out and that excess sugar wil be transfered to fats. stick to a solid slow digesting protein. my favorite casein+flax

OK guys what exactly is London Broil? Dont really eat much avo, it contains good fats I'm assuming? and the flax oil, is it in oil form or in capsule form? Can only seem to find it in capsule. Can i substitute that with a table spoon olive oil?

london broil is a steak that you can by in the meats section. its a slow digesting protein and good for a night time sleep (if you can afford all that meat). my favorite is a casein shake (slow absorbing) with flax seed oil.. 1 tbsp of oil(find at local nutrition store in the fridge). london broil has fats, some saturated.
