Ok so Im 28yo 6'3 270, about 15%bf. Currently running HGH at 6IU per day and 700mg of Test E per week with 160mcg of Clen per day. Heres my current typical day of what I eat.
Morning is a chicken breast or pork chop, late afternoon is another chicken breast or some deli meat (turkey breast, lean ham etc.) Evening is chicken breat or pork chop or a peice of fish or can of tuna. Im staying away from ALL carbs and keeping it low sugar and fat also. What do you guys think? My goal is to drop the BF and get some nice solid gains. Im thinking about starting to drink protein drinks but each serving has 6g of carbs. I know not much but Im tryin to stay with 0 carbs. LMK
