    My current diet, Plz respond

    Ok so Im 28yo 6'3 270, about 15%bf. Currently running HGH at 6IU per day and 700mg of Test E per week with 160mcg of Clen per day. Heres my current typical day of what I eat.
    Morning is a chicken breast or pork chop, late afternoon is another chicken breast or some deli meat (turkey breast, lean ham etc.) Evening is chicken breat or pork chop or a peice of fish or can of tuna. Im staying away from ALL carbs and keeping it low sugar and fat also. What do you guys think? My goal is to drop the BF and get some nice solid gains. Im thinking about starting to drink protein drinks but each serving has 6g of carbs. I know not much but Im tryin to stay with 0 carbs. LMK

    soooo you eat three meals a day and ur 6'3 270 at 10%???????????

    that would put you at a lbm of nearly 245.....

    ur diet isn't consistant with your stats.. please post up a pic for bf critique

    It says 15% unless he edited it after your commment. But I agree, post a pic. Actually I think you should put in a pic request along with Macros with anyone seeking diet advice.

    Yes about 15%bf. That diet is new. I just started it about 2 weeks ago. Just looking to cut way down and make some solid gains. Obviousley I have not been on that diet long or I would not be 270lbs. Just let me know how the diet looks and if I should add in some protien drinks to get the desired results that I have stated. Thnx.

    ok than 15 percent is an accurate start, given the trainer has any sense of what shes doing, yous hould have the same trainer always measure to measure progress, great measuring method but dont use a diff trainer because results may vary. ill send you some links that are very important.. also you have to watch the dvd vids as noted.

    funny, do you usualy eat only 3 meals a day? how'd ur diet look before??

    My diet before was horrible thats the reason for the weight increase. Im into my second week on a ZERO carb diet with the meals I explained above. (chicken breast x4 and lean deli lunchmeat with some cheese) I feel tired as **** but my attitude is great and Im starting to see results so it makes the cravings worth turning down.

    Gotcha, I was thinking deli meat might not be the greatest thing to eat but it shouldnt get you banned.

    only deli meat im a fan of is hartford reserve all natural turkey, minimal sodium, minimal cholestrol/fat and got some good protein =)

    i love deli meat as a quick fix... i eat chicken, low sodium turkey, and london broil off the deli...
