i am on Clen, 140mcg/day. and T3, 50mcg/day(will be on for 4 weeks in total) .. well this is my 2nd week on them, i am on testosterone enanthate 500mg/weke this is my 5th week.
well i was first going in the first weeks of cycle, like eating 3000 calorie, maintaince was 3300, not sure if i was losing fat, but i was gaining muscle and strenght like mad, so i read this article on ********, it was saying u can lower ur calories if you are on steoirds since ugot extra anabolic and anti catabolic hormones doing the work for you. so well, i lowerd my calories to like 1200 .. i am not losing muscle or strenght, they are fine,taking measurments on regular bias and so .. but i dont understand why am not losing as much fat as am expecting? i mean .. what i eat around the whole day is like 500 gm chicken breasts.. on fridays i just change calories to carb calories ..
what the hell dude you just crashed dieted on your cycle from 3000 to 1200???!!
i workout 6 or 5 days/week.. cardio everyday as well ..
i have my sister's wedding coming up which is one reason why i want to be cut.
i am24 old male, 205lbs , bf around 13~15% .. training is about 3 years
i was 350 lbs before but i cut down .. but i never reached the really cut shape. i want it so badly that am cutting on my first cycle, and not eating properly..
what would u advice me to do? am at a point i dont really care if i lose some muscle, but i am also not losing like i stated above. some of my lifts are still going up even.. i am feeling really down about this ..
