    What do you think am doing wrong?

    i dont think am losing fat as fast as i want.. not even sure if i am losing any..

    i am on Clen, 140mcg/day. and T3, 50mcg/day(will be on for 4 weeks in total) .. well this is my 2nd week on them, i am on testosterone enanthate 500mg/weke this is my 5th week.

    well i was first going in the first weeks of cycle, like eating 3000 calorie, maintaince was 3300, not sure if i was losing fat, but i was gaining muscle and strenght like mad, so i read this article on ********, it was saying u can lower ur calories if you are on steoirds since ugot extra anabolic and anti catabolic hormones doing the work for you. so well, i lowerd my calories to like 1200 .. i am not losing muscle or strenght, they are fine,taking measurments on regular bias and so .. but i dont understand why am not losing as much fat as am expecting? i mean .. what i eat around the whole day is like 500 gm chicken breasts.. on fridays i just change calories to carb calories ..

    i workout 6 or 5 days/week.. cardio everyday as well ..

    i have my sister's wedding coming up which is one reason why i want to be cut.

    i am24 old male, 205lbs , bf around 13~15% .. training is about 3 years

    i was 350 lbs before but i cut down .. but i never reached the really cut shape. i want it so badly that am cutting on my first cycle, and not eating properly..

    what would u advice me to do? am at a point i dont really care if i lose some muscle, but i am also not losing like i stated above. some of my lifts are still going up even.. i am feeling really down about this ..

    what the hell dude you just crashed dieted on your cycle from 3000 to 1200???!!

    my advice to you is that you are in trouble for that fcrash diet. you could not be losing fat because hmm youd be losing alot of water/muscle before the fat. its ok bro you came to the right place at least. what are you stats? also have you checked out these threads they are so essential and will help you out trememndously. also post up your current diet with bmr and how you calculated it.

    i did read all those threads..

    my states are above 205 lbs, 5'11 bf 13~15 training like 3 years..

    my current diet is chickenz which make up like 1000~1200 calorie thats all, i just cook it in the morning and eat it around the day ..

    my bmr is around 3300 calorie, i calculated it using that equation then x activity number ..

    i believe those last lbs are cursed =/

    why do low calorie diets not work? because T3, testosterone decrease .. am useing double normal amount of t3, and alot much more than normal testosterone, so i dunno if i should really blame the diet


    Ah btw, am on arimidex too. i.e NO ESTROGEN .. this should make it alot easier too .. =/

    if you watcehd the dvd vids you would know why crash diets dont work. i dont know what you definintion of "low calorie" diets are, your example is a perfect example of crash dieiting

    your current diet is chickenz? what does this mean. i hope its not chicken as your only protein source

    First off, 1200 cals is absurd. You will lose muscle, even if on anabolics. Second, you need some estrogen to function. I've had ED while on cycle from taking too much adex. You need to eat more than just chicken bro. From what I'm reading, you eat 300g protein, 0 carbs, and 0g fat a day? Watch these videos on nutrition. It will be the most informative hour of your life, and you will know why your diet, in fact, IS to blame.
