    carbs question for diet

I am formulating a diet for my self and I was wondering how many carbs per pound I should eat. I am pretty much between an endomorph and mesomorph probably a little closer to meso.

    I suppose I should say I am 6'2" 212lbs with i'd say around 15-16% body fat.

Depends what your goals are and how you want to get there. There are many ways to do it. Are you cutting?

I am looking for more of a tapering diet, but I will watch the videos. I watched the milos sarcev videos someone posted, I was unaware there were more.

oh those are the ones i watched, i was just unsure of the carbs because I don't gain weight like an endomorph, but don't have muscle like a mesomorph.

He recommends 50/50 carbs and proteins for mesomorphs, but only .5g/pound for endomorphs. I am in between so i was unsure of the amount of carbs i should put on my diet.

you shpuold try a 40/40/20 split (20 being EFA's), and find your sucess with that playing with the right numbers.. liek -300 off of your BMR + ACTIVITY

Well you are eating well below your maintainance level. Right now you're at about
    37% protein
    38% carbs
    25% Fat

I would up everything to get more calories, but up your protein more than fat.
