    Which way gets u the most Shredded?

    High Carbs?
    Low carbs?

    Keto?

    Moderate Carb?


    please explain, I am a Endo who has a hell of a time getting lean

    I just started carb cycling and it's working way better than the old 40/40/20 split.

    that is too general to be honest with you, it depends on the individual and their body.
    its all about knowing your body and learning seen what works best for it.

    Also what is good for your peace of mind, constantly low carb diet makes some people brain dead hehe.

    So its all about experience and experimenting.

    One thing I've learnt: one size doesn't fit all!!

    I'm an endo too but never had to go less than 150g a day (that too at the last stages of my cutter) to get to 6% BF ... it depends ya know

    Also, on gear, you have the ability to cut on higher carbs than you would if you were natty. Keto is one of those things you do ONLY if everything else has stopped working IMHO... I say this because it's not reccommended to be in a ketogenic state for too long
