regardless of the maco-nutrient breakdown,
there are much better sources of fats for bodybuilders than coconut oil.
well I'm not a bodybuilder but I do train hard for a sport. What would those products be then??

anything that converts to EPA/DHA:
Walnut oil
Almond oil
Pecan oil
Macadamia nut oil
Olive oil
avacado oil
Fish oil
run a search on here for EPA/DHA or similar terms. you'll get tons of hits.
my fav are almonds and flax oil.. olive oil if im bulking for cooking

it is poor at converting to EPA/DHA
i also supplement with CLA

stick to EFA's to be supplemented with meals AFTER pwo with no complex startchy carbs
Its high in protein I hear...especially during spawning season
actually flax seed is very good
