    Exclamation 0 calorie pasta?

    Ok so my friend just found this

    No carbs, only fiber... Negative carbs while filling you up? What do you guys think, go or no go for cutting?

    yea.. it's like eating a celery stick.. negative caloric impact.. takes more energy to digest then it has... wouldn't recommend it personaly.. it would throw you off your numbers.. people have a hard time eating enough...

    "Miracle Noodle"? Why do people always look for some new magical thing? Besides probably being very unhealthy and hard to digest, it probably tastes disgusting (unless you added calorie-containing sauce to it ). Why don't people just understand whole natural foods, and when you want to lose weight, you eat less of it. I would stick to my chicken and rice, and pass on the miracle noodle.

    I was thining more like something to fill me up for an hour or so at night when im just sick of pounds broccoli. I dont know about hard to digest but rather impossible to digest since its only fiber...
