Lol........
Increasing potassium (fruits and veggies) and decreasing sodium and the use of diuretics (caffeine for you) will aid in a significant loss of water weight... but if you're anywhere north of 10-11% bodyfat, you really won't notice much of anything.
lol... bachelor party
Id Like to jump out the cake. Too many calories tho
i like cake..
mannny listen, you have a choice... embrace what you have and be proud of you. you have to stop getting you self confidence from how you think others see you or how you think people look at you...
be the person you were ment to be - just do it in your head first the rest will follow
good luck
if you carry yourself well than girls will be attracted to it.. its called confidence and itll score you more puss than anything else.. maybe 2nd to money
sauna...
that's how lots of fighters lose water weight before weigh in...

This all really doesn't matter if the OP isn't at least 12% BF or lower...
Go running with a garbage covering your upper body with sweat pants and sweat shirt on over it for 1 hour everyday for the next 12 days..........then when u get home keep on the garbage bag and steam out your bathroom and run in place or do 150 crunches for 15 mins.
Manny if its that important to you, you can try a diuretic, cut your salt intake, and hit the cardio/sauna. But keep in mind that you won't lose as much water as the average dieter because you are on a no carb diet and have already dropped a lot of water because of that.
The guy asked a question. I gave an answer to that question. Didn't say if I agree with its use or not, but it's not me. To each, his own. You can't disagree that a diuretic makes you lose water. You are disagreeing with what circumstances deem the use of a diuretic valid. (Which is not the original posters question) He asked for ways to drop excess water. I listed several.Originally Posted by jamyjamjr;462***0
