Whats in your cooler???
I eat all of my meals cold right out of the cooler throughout the day. Just wanted to see what everyone else has packed away. Sometimes I just wish I had a microwave in my truck!!!

I hate oats. I love rice. Oats make me gag if cooked. I have to water them down and drink the damn things

well i eat them for breakfast, but i cant see why it would be bad as a post workout meal, other than i like a slightly lower GI carb liek brown rice but anyway.... ill tell you my recipe.
first i grind up 1.25 cup of dry oats.
2nd i measure out 4 1/4th cup servings of egg white and mix it together in a bowl (i make the batter the night before because its almost perfect the following morning)
3rd i spray BUTTER FLAVORED PAM SPRAY
then i throw it on the pan and eat them with 1/4th cup sugar free syrup and i live for them

You seem to be a big fan of the london broil. Seen a few other posts where you mentioned it. I need to give that a try. I have found the easiest thing for me to eat is tilapia. I never have to force it down. The only drawback is I cant eat it cold. Well I really havent tried..
