Weighing Food

I was wondering what is the best way to measure food in ounces. A lot of food is easy to throw in a cup and you can measure it that way but when it come to most meats its a little more difficult. Someone once told me a deck of cards is about equivalent to 4 ounces...

i dont understand the question here... get a scale... if you put food in a cup put it on the scale and account for the cup measurement... if you weight out meats you dont put them in cups you measure them on the scale raw in grams/ounces...
