    jamy need your help on this

    Ok here is what my diet looks like boring I know but It is what I like to eat.
    So jamy and phate be nice.

    5:30AM
    2 cups quick oats
    104 cals fat 6.9g Pro13.7g carbs 18.1g
    1 cup cottage cheese
    81 cals fat 1.2g Pro14g carbs 3.1g
    1 Banana
    72 cals fat 0.3g pro 0.9g carbs 18.5g

    9:30 Meal
    2 cups cottage cheese
    81 cals fat 1.2g Pro 14g carbs 3.1g
    1 cup Brown rice
    72 cals fat 1.2g Pro 0.3g carbs 18.5g

    11:30 Meal
    2 cups Brown rice
    144 cals fat 0.6g Pro 0.18g carbs 37g

    4:00
    1-8 oz chicken Breast
    86 cals fat 1.9g Pro 16.1g carbs 0
    1-6 oz Orange roughy
    59 cals fat 0.6g Pro 12.5 carbs 0
    1 cup Brown rice
    72 cals fat 1.2g Pro 0.9g carbs 18.5
    1 cup cottage cheese
    81 cals fat 1.2g Pro 14g carbs 3.1g

    5:00 to 6:30 work out

    6:30 meal
    Shake
    270 cals fat 4g Pro 52g carbs 7g
    1 cup cottage cheese
    81 cals fat 1.2g Pro 14g carbs 3.1g

    8:00 meal
    2 Hard boiled Eggs
    13 cals fat 0.9 Pro 1.1g carbs 0.1 g
    1 cup brown Rice
    72 cals fat 0.3g Pro 0.9 carbs 18.5g

    10:00 meal
    1 cup cottage cheese
    81 cals fat 1.2g Pro 14g carbs 3.1g

    some of these facts are definetely wrong..

    i see you stated that 8oz of chicken breast has 19g fat and only 16g protein???
    and 2 cups brown rice only 18g carbs??

    yes and you said it's only 85 cals?? the 19grm of fat alone that u listed equals almost 180 cals, your not adding up right
