Hi guys...I think I just need a little reassurance. I'm on a contest prep diet without any cheat meals, and I'm about 5 months out right now. Im a female, 5'8, 150 lbs and eating around 1550-1700 cals per day. During the week I can stay consistant with a diet, but on the weekends, my cals arent much higher, but I usually end up eating something off my diet (last night=2 absolut+diets) and this morning some yogurt and a banana. Not sure if this is going to f*** me over this far out from my show, or if I should just really clean it up even on the weekends. I'm on Var, and put on a little weight from that, but I know I need to drop at least 15 lbs. Please give me your input.....
