    Some newb questions

    Hey I was wondering if I didn't have access to dextrose or maltodextrin what should I eat with my PWO meal.
    Also I love mik is it ok to include it in my diet?
    What effect does salt have on the body?

I use gatorade but u can use alot of different things. angelfood cake, white rice, ect. Thats if this meal is within 30 minutes of your work out. Any later and I would use complex carbs.
    Also I love mik is it ok to include it in my diet? Depends on your goals. I would stick with skim milk if you dont mind the bloated look it gives some people. I have recently cut it from my diet and like the look of my stomach more now.
    What effect does salt have on the body? Water retention is one that i know but i am sure others have more info

    chuck out the milk because of the unwanted sugar. try a semi simple whole food carb for post workout

    milk in minimal moderation is okay... though i know where eat is coming from...
