Some newb questions
Hey I was wondering if I didn't have access to dextrose or maltodextrin what should I eat with my PWO meal.
Also I love mik is it ok to include it in my diet?
What effect does salt have on the body?

chuck out the milk because of the unwanted sugar. try a semi simple whole food carb for post workout

milk in minimal moderation is okay... though i know where eat is coming from...
