protien absorbtion rate ???????
Does anyone know if there is a certin amount of protien the body can absorb per hour or anything. What if someone took a protien powder with 22Gs per scoop and made a shake with 5, 10, or 20 scoops all at once? is this a waste of powder? would all or most of it be used?
I eat my chiken breasts,tuna, steaks, ect everyday but sometimes unexpected things come up and you miss a meal or miss a shake time or two and I find myself making shakes with 2-3 scoops.
why not start the day with a 15 scoop shake :) get all the protien needs out of the way:):)
any ideas? or scientiic facts that this would work or not work
