Should you count the water that goes in your shake and workout drinks ect throughout the day?
Or should you only count water you drink as plain water?
I try to drink a gallon a day. I take in more since at work I have black tea and my protien drinks. Good habit to get into in my opinion since if you do a cycle of Clen you need to be drinking a gallon to a gallon and a half.
I have wondered about this too...if its mixed does its benefits dwindle?

So you think that if a mans goal is to take in a gallon of water a day, he shouldn't count what goes into shakes, or oatmeal ect.
The reason I ask is because I open up a fresh gallon everyday to make sure that's what I drink. I find myself using that gallon for 2 shakes a day, oats ect so I was thinking, am I not getting a gallon now?

Well the thing is if you can consume a gallon without counting the stuff in the shake, i would do that if i was you but if you find it your struggling to down it, you know work your to that gallon.
But yeah i wouldnt add the shake water and oats cause if i were to do so, i might aswell add the water in food and lettuce and so on.
not being smart ass there just trying show you what i mean.
