was told by a few of the senior members here after posting for advice on my first steroid cycle to hold off for a bit and get the most out of my natural gains as possible.
I was told to post the diet i am using at the moment to get some helpful tips and get me on the right track to gaining muscle the natural way before i head down the steroid track later on.
I am 21 yrs old. 185cm height
train 5 days a week. monday to friday.
I weigh currently 85kg but some of that is fat i would like to get down to 80 so i have minimal fat and have a lean look.
-I have just started a leaning diet but also want to gain muscle mass if possible.
My current diet consists of:
-meal 1 830am - 1/2 cup of oats with 1/2 cup of water & 1/2 cup of skim milk, a few sultanas, half a bannana and a protein shake hydroxy ****** (low carb).
-meal 2 1130am - 1 chicken breast with vegetables and half a cup of cooked white rice.
-meal 3 230pm - 200grams of tuna, half medium tin of corn and half a cup of cooked white rice.
-meal 4 430pm - hydroxy ****** protein shake (low carb)
#TRAIN 530pm - 630pm#
-meal 5 700pm - lean red meat ie steak or 1 chicken breast with salad/greens or vegetables (no carbs)
- meal 6 1000pm - low joule jelly small bowl or a tub of low fat low sugar yoghurt.
# I am also doing 300 calories worth 1/2 hour on treadmill every morning 5 days a week. ps on saturday night i break the diet regime with a fatty cheat meal, but sunday monring straight back into routine.
if anyone has any advice of how to tweak this diet or better alternatives for someone who wants to get bigger but still wants to lean down and stay fairly lean.
