thanks, Polska! Ive learned to have splenda instead of sugar in my coffee a long time ago. If I need to have that sip of soda or iced tea I have diet. I do not even have any fruit, except for that occasional banana pwo. So for natural sugars I really do not have any at all. I never counted exactly how many g of sugar I consume everyday but I know that is not a lot. But will 10-15g of sugar/day keep me from dropping 5-10 lbs of fat??? Right now Im 38, 5'7 187-190lbs..
