    Lightbulb quick quistion

    are apples good carbs to eat?

    all depends on your diet and what your trying to do.
    but in general for me when i am just maintaining and i like to enjoy my fruits.

    What i do eat is
    green apples/berries any sort( strawberries/blueberries/cherries etc)
    Also some dried fruits.

    ideally you want to shy away from sugar during a cut, so that would elminate all fruits

    you can add in a fruit with alower GI like an apple/banana rather than an orange in the day if youd like... but i youd rather replace the calories during a bulk with more complex carbs/EFA's

    eatrainrest i think jamy is agreen with you and just commenting on the post above him i think..............


    I on other hand
    if im bulking i dont the low gi fruits they work for me or when im maintaining thats just me though.
