meat
what kind of meat will help me gain weight besides chicken i eat so much food every day and cant gain any weight. i eat a lot of fast food does that hurt me adding weight

fast food is terrible for lean mass. Great if you want to get FAT !!

turkey, tuna, salmon, buffalo, beef, pork, venison, lamb, swordfish, lobster, goat,.....get the point? just eat something

i would take fat i can cut it at the gym. i take 6000-7000 cal a day and i cant get over 178 i have a very fast matblism is there some thing that will slow it down.

i have been spending some money on pork tenderloin for 1.99 at kroger..great meat..good price..very tender and versatile...i'm just wondering about the salt content...you get the butcher to cut them in nice chops or cut em yourself like me..just have to know how to pick the right ones..

I'm not sure if I can believe you when you say you're consuming 6000-7000 Kcal/day, and not gaining weight...

back to the topic
there are plenty different meats/ proteins you can consume
but if your not gaining weight its nothing to do with the meat
its really the diet and what your consuming.
example carb intake and fats..
so it would be good if you can list an example of your diet
and then we can go from there, where we can advice you what to subtitute with what.
also good idea to have a read of the stickies and about bulking and many other good info bout eating.

sorry i was at work. almost every day in the am i eat 3 bannanas an orange 2 4 pack chicken nugget meal from chick fila . then at 10 i eat a meal from wendys witch is a chicken breast and a baked potato. then at 12 i eat the same thing. when i get home at 3 i eat 4 pbj with a glass of milk. at 6 i eat dinner like three chicken breast corn and a baked potato. then before i go to bed i eat some junk like chips, ice cream,can soup,cookies,or 3 more pbj

thats the worst lifestyle of eating i think ive ever erad on this board..

those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

thanks that helps alot now i have to make time the night before to make food . Are pbj ok to eat is that a ok source of proten or not
