    still feel hungry?

    hey guys. i'm up to 186. yeah. no cycle yet...thinking about posting new pics in the next week or two.

    still feeling hungry even after this:

    today
    1) 5 egg whites + 1/2 cup cheese 1 glass milk
    2 pieces whole wheat toast with 2 tbls peanut butter 60 grams protein
    **workout**
    2) 2 scoops whey 2 cups milk/acai berry
    juice/banana/salad no dressing 70 grams
    3) 6 oz chicken salad (flaxseed oil) 52 grams
    4) 1 odwalla drink 1 cliff bar (soy) 53 grams
    5) 3 cups oatmeal/2 servings low fat cottage cheese/
    1 cup milk/ 4 oz almonds 41 grams
    6) 1 can tuna with apples cut up in it in whole wheat 43 grams
    pasta and low fat mayo/glass of milk/ black olives
    7) 6 oz chicken sandwhich on wheat with chayenne pepper
    onions/avocado/ handful of almonds 50 grams
    ** 8) 4 oz london broil when available (thanks jamjam)
    usually every other night...will chew on cold as snack)
    ** 9) bowl of grape nuts at night if still hungry with milk.

    *** take: triple strength fish oil from gnc/ gnc creatine/black
    powder during workouts/milk thistle/glutamine/ gnc maximum
    greens multi vitamin. taken at night.


    i watched the Milos Sarcev videos and he says to keep track of protein/carbs/fats. says very little about calories so i'm just trying to eat whatever i can. the math says i'm about 1.94 grams protein per pound body weight more so after meal 8-9.

    anywho still freaking hungry after this!!! kind of an ectomorph. was 130 all through highschool at 5'10.

    trying to gain weight and am doing a pretty good job so far.

    just after this i'm still feeling hungry. should i add more fat/carbs?

    my meals aren't any specific time, i pre cook them and eat 2 1/2 hours - 3 hours apart.

    not that active. i drive a lot. seriously i don't want to eat more but i still feel hungry.

    without getting too technical...more fat/carbs?

    we really cant help without macros/calories and without BMR
