Name some (or many) low GI carbohydrate sources

I know quite a few but maybe there is more I could add

    1. Oatmeal (my stomach turns way bad when consuming oats, really crap..)
    2. Yams (Quite expensive in Norway and it's very hard to get).
    3. Brown rice (Quite rare to get that also, just in "foreigner" stores).
    4. Whole wheat pasta and bread (yep those are easy to get)

Got something more on your mind? Share it with me.

glycemicindex.com has a huge database of food GIs, though t-mos may have put up the whole list
