    Lightbulb whole wheat breads

    if you are looking to bulk up while on a cycle is it ok to eat whole wheat min bagles or whole wheat english muffins?

    i think whole wheat is fine.. id rather use ezekiel but im never into "bulking",

    Probably a health food store, not your regular supermarket as it's sort of a "specialty item", at least where I am it is. Places like Trader Joes, Whole Foods, etc.

    its frozen.. remember that i am stubborn and liek fkinding things myself.. and i never looked in the frozen isle... for weeks! lol

    it has an amazingly low GI for complex carb around 31 i believe... unbeatable and i hear the taste is good as wel

    tastes like cardboard unless you toast it.. my dad's a diabetic, got him eating that crap and all he does is complain...

    i dont know if you guys have rye bread where you are, rye and dark rye, beautiful breads.

    If you do go with a whole grain or multi grain read the label close,,,,, most of em stil have High Fructose Corn Syrup in em and r dubbed healthy,,, and check the calories ,, some count 2 slices azz a serving some one slice... If the loaf is cheap it probleyhas crap in it,,,, even thogh its milti grain.... I got seriousley angry when I started readin food lablels half the GOOD FOR U food has HFCS , partially hydrogenated oils, added sugar to make up for fat they took out of it.... throw some aspartime in too.......... jackass health food my arse.........
