hi i am new to this forum and am looking to loose about 2 stone (28lbs) before i start a cycle, i am 6ft 2 and 18stone at the moment with body fat around 25% which i know aint good i used to be 14 stone when i boxed but since i broke my leg and ankle have pilled weight back on and cant do much running etc to get weight off i am cycling to work every day which is 7 miles either way and am steady loosing weight but my diest is the same (crap) so i would be very gratefull if some of you guys could point me in right direction
